How long does a document renewal take?

Most renewals are completed within 3–5 working days. You'll see live status updates from Paid → Processing → Completed → Out for delivery.

What is the verification code for?

After your order is completed, you get an 8-character code. Show it to enforcement so they can confirm your papers are paid, and to our delivery agent when your hard copies arrive.

Can I renew documents for more than one vehicle?

Yes. Add every vehicle to your Garage, then add renewals for each one to the cart and pay once.

How do I add a driver or request a licence?

Go to Profile → Add drivers. Toggle 'New licence' or 'Renew licence' at the top of the form to submit an application.

Card details are tokenised by Paystack. Carpadi never sees or stores your full card number.
